OT on hand is an Occupational Therapy practice based in Cape Town. 
Our goal is to provide paediatric occupational therapy services specialising in sensory integration difficulties and developmental delays based on the needs of the child and their caregiver. We aim to:
  • help our children bloom into their best selves
  • foster independence within everyday tasks 
  • educate caregivers with knowledge and skills
